We were contacted by Eileen and Daminn to build their dream extension.Glad we took the job as it ended up as a buitifull house extension with so many features.Because of the ground conditions the Structural Calculations were  for a piled foundations and plenty of steels to the whole structure.Exposed beams and exposed roof joists,internal brick wall,wooden cladding to the back and a beautifully designed kitchen were some of the stand out points.Water UFH to the ground floor and a new boiler hidden within the new toilet room.Utiluty room accessible by a flush with the wall pocket door.A large patio with round brick build seating area.Everything was well designed by ZDBarchitects  and executed by our team.And again a big Thank You to Eileen and Damian for trusting us with their project.We hope you will enjoy it for many many years!
